Quintessence International was born out of a fierce desire to create a career out of pure passion. Bryce knew she never wanted to sit behind a desk and the only place she ever truly felt at home was the back of a horse. Over the last 6 years she worked hard to bring together talented horses with hard-working, passionate people to build the incredible family that makes up Quintessence International.
The Team
Bryce Richardson
Bryce has dedicated her life to the development of horses and riders. Raised in the sport horse industry as the daughter of a California trainer, she gained experience from an early age competing and catch riding across all three rings throughout North America. Her passion for learning led her to work as a rider, groom, and working student for respected professionals across the United States and Europe, providing a diverse foundation in horse management, training, and competition.
Throughout her career, Bryce has developed a particular passion for producing young horses, believing that success at the highest levels begins with a thoughtful foundation and exceptional horsemanship. Today, she combines that philosophy with a competitive mindset, helping horses and riders reach their full potential through individualized training, meticulous management, and a horse-first approach.
As the founder of Quintessence International, Bryce remains deeply involved in every aspect of the program. Whether she is managing a horse's development, coaching riders, competing in the show ring, or caring for horses at home, her commitment to the welfare of the horse and the pursuit of excellence remains at the heart of everything she does.
